AVG PC tune up trial version is blocking sites

Dear Alan,

I got Lorna's similar problem. However, I got an added problem:

1. March 28, 2015 I installed AVG PC TuneUP trial version. It ran automatically and reported that it had removed 3760 "errors" from Windows 7's registry. Immediatly, almost all functions/options in Control Panel were frozen/disabled. Many programs refused to run or not run properly.

2. March 31, 2015 an AVG Customer Care agent sent me a link to run Tuneup-Remover.exe. AVG PC TuneUp was removed, but all problems remained the same.

Now I do not have AVG PC TuneUp in my computer to follow the solution in the link you provided to Lorna. Do you think I should RE-INSTAL AVG PC TuneUp and then follow the advice in the link? I am afraid the new AVG PC Tuneup will futher damage the Windows registry and I cannot restore my computer to before the March 28, 2015 point.

Thanks. I found that but have had to guess what might be causing the problem as I had a real clearout. I ended up deleting one mail account from outlook in the hope that I can add the mail account again with fresh settings. Wordpress site still not working in separate tab when I am logged in as administrator. Have also logged problem on wordpress help site so it could be a wordpress issue.

I  ran through a thorough cleanup of my PC with trial version of this product but now have some major problems which I didn't have before:
1…Chrome browser blocking some sites I need. Specifically it wont allow a wordpress site to display in another tab when in as wordpress admin. 
MS outlook is not responding and constantly needs for password for one mail server. As it is not responding I cannot adjust the setting within outlook. All this is since AVG tune up so I need to reverse this asap!
