AVG PC Tune Up won't let me activate using product key

Hello,

I have a regular annual subscription to AVG PC Tune Up, and usually I use the product key sent to me to activate my product. However, on my new laptop, I download PC Tune Up but there's no option for me to use my product key and activate my subscription. Instead, it keeps insisting that I buy the product, and there's no way for me to establish the fact that I have already bought it, and to use it! It will also say certain features are not available to me because of this (e.g. when I click 'Settings')

Please let me know what I can do. When I press Help, it just gives me a generic sort of help manual, without any option to register/activate, and just other options to open the AVG website and support site, About etc.

We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. It seems you have installed AVG TuneUp - Unlimited which is a different product. We suggest you to uninstall the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited from control panel and install AVG PC TuneUp.
Go to Start -> Control Panel.
Note: Click Settings first if Control Panel is not available in the Start menu.
Open (Programs) -> Programs and Features, or Add or Remove Programs.
Select AVG PC TuneUp in the list of programs.
Click the uninstall or Change/Remove button.
Select uninstall.
Follow the instructions on your screen to complete the installation.
Restart your computer.
