Reinstall your AVG Tuneup as suggested here: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance and activate it using your email address & password.

Are you able to log in to your AVG My Account via browser?

I have bougt "AVG PC TuneUp" and done everything to try to activate it but it wont activate. I have tried to reinstall AVG and relogin to AVG but i can still not activate Pc TuneUp. Please help

Sorry for late response. No i dont thnk i have deleted traces. I have already tried to reinstall and yes i can log into AVG via browser

Leo, please share me the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the error message you receive when you try to activate AVG PC TuneUp.

If the issue persists, please uninstall AVG PC TuneUp using the AVG remover tool as prescribed in the below post.
