Yesterday I successfully updated AVG PC Tune Up 2014, but upon restarting my laptop I found for the first time ever on this laptop (win 8.1) that it would not start. Today I have had to restore laptop to mid June, but when trying to update AVG PC tune Up it confirms there is an update available, appears to download what it needs, attempts to apply theupdates and then fails with two errors.
An error occurred during update:
An installation package for the product AVG PC TuneUp 2014 cannot be found. Try the installation again using a valid copy of the installation package '{D3742F82-1C1A-4DCC-ABBD-0E831C0185CC}.msi'
An installation package for the product AVG PC TuneUp 2014 (en-GB) cannot be found. Try theinstallation again using a valid copy of the instllation package 'Land_en-GB.msi'
I have re-tried but get the same problem.
How can I resolve this?
