AVG PC TuneUp 2015
Need To Transfer Licence To New PC

I have a current licence (1 computer / 24 months) for AVG PC TuneUp which is valid until a date in 2017.

The PC on which I have this product installed is no longer functional and so I cannot uninstall the software in order to reinstall and transfer the licence onto the new PC I have just bought.

I would be very grateful if you can advise me how I should proceed.

Please follow the below instructions to download AVG PC tune up remover tool to uninstall your AVG PC tune up:
1. Please click on the link http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe to download the AVG Remover tool.
2.Run the downloaded file, and then click Continue. Please note that your computer will be restarted.

If you read my email you will see that I cannot uninstall the product because that PC no longer works.

My licence is still valid and I want to install AVG PC TuneUp on my new PC but I cannot uninstall it from my old and broken PC.
 
Please advise how I can proceed.

Hello Gulam,
I have now been able to install AVG PC TuneUp on my new PC, using my existing licence code to activate it (I couldn't do this before).
I have just done the initial san of my new PC and everything looks to be fine.
