I certainly understand your concern. I would request you not to post your personal details on the public community. I have checked your record using the license number that you have provided and found that you have licenses for AVG PC tuneup and AVG Internet Security. For your information you haven't purchased these licenses under your Gmail account. You have purchased these on your another email address. For that email address you have created the AVG my account but you haven't clicked on the activation email link. Only if you click on the activation link your AVG my account will get activated. Please check whether you got any activation email for your other email account and if you find it please click on the link and you will get the my account activated.

How do I get my TuneUp to function again?
I have AVG PC TuneUp license number. (License number removed)
2 year, 1 computer
(Order number removed)
(AVG Order reference number removed)
(Invoice number removed)
MyAccount
I allready have  AVG Internet Security installed at my pc, but why can´t I find my subscriptions under MyAccount
(email address removed)

Use the other email address to log into your AVG my account and you will be able to find your license details on the Products tab.
