AVG PC TuneUp asking for password NOT my account Password

Hi, I renewed my AVG Internet Security and have had problems since. I couldn't do a backup but this has now be corrected. I can log into my AVG account but when I try to connect with AVG PC TuneUp it is asking for a password I tried my account password but it isn't accepted.
I was able to open it before I renewed AVG but after that it was showing that Browser Protection disabled  was I don't know if I did something wrong while trying to work this out but I am getting confused. Waited 20 minutes for online chat to try and rectify the problem. Also I seem to have products that I have paid for but can't activate.
