exactly the same here, tried evvery remover from your site, cleared registry etc. for hours.
Is that issue resolved? How?

I have a paid AVG PC Tuneup which I installed completely on my computer windows 7 upgraded to windows 10 , I am getting a @BW_PRODUCT_NAME_VERSION . All the functionality of AVG PC TUNEUP is not working. I tried to uninstalled (Removed) and reinstalled several times still getting the same problem.
This may help I installed it successfully  on my other computer windows 8 upgraded to windows 10.  I did not get @BW_PRODUCT_NAME_VERSION and all  all its functionality is working properly.

Yes I did uninstall and install, folowing your instructions, I get the same results with @BW_PRODUCT_NAME_VERSION. The screenshots I gave you came from it.
Maybe it is windows 7  upgraded to windows 10. The other software AVG INTERNET SECURITY insialled successfully and working. 
Anyway I am attatching my computer system information maybe you can come out something on it.

We could see that you have installed the latest 2016 version of AVG PC Tuneup and the optimization needs to be done.
Do you mean that you couldn't perform the functions of the PC TuneUp?
When you click on Maintenance, do you get any window opened up with scanning progress ongoing?

Sorry to know that, some of the components of AVG PC Tuneup isn't working.
Did you follow the remover tool instructions and installed the PC tuneup program as mentioned in the previous reply?
