I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. I couldn't locate any active subscription under this account. Have you installed trial version of AVG PC Tuneup?

Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Troubleshooting -> Uncheck "Enable AVG Self - Protection module" and check if you could open AVG PC Tuneup.

Hello!

I use AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUP. I have upgraded from AVG IS 2016 to AVG IS 2018.

After upgrading, I can not start AVG PC TuneUP now. No way works (eg Start menu, context menu, systray icon). The program window does not open. The background process is running, including live optimization.

I tried to repair the installation, but there was a bug 0xe0010058. Some ideas? Thanks!
