AVG PC TuneUp cannot be installed

The problem is I continually receive the following error when I try to do the install:

"AVG PC TuneUp cannot be installed.
You already have another AVG product on your computer the is incompatible with the one you are trying to install."

I am using Windows 10. I have already used the AVG Remover tool and the AVG Clear tool. As far as know, all AVG products have been removed from my computer. What do I do next?

I have been using AVG PC TuneUp since 2015 and TuneUp Utilities from 2004 through 2014 and have never had a problem. If this software cannot be installed, I want my money back.
