AVG PC TuneUp - cannot open Microsoft Word

Hello Michael,

I can certainly take a look into this and determine if the issue is due to AVG or not. Please revert the changes made by AVG PC TuneUp and then check the status.

If you get any error message when trying to open the MS files, please provide the screenshot to assist further.

I bought and installed AVG PC TuneUp and since then I cannot open Microsoft Word or my Word files.  What do I do?  Thanks for any helpful suggestions…  Mike.
