Installed Internet Security 2015 and PC Tuneup yesterday. Used recommended optimum settings in Tuneup. I am using Windows 7 with MS Office 2010. Many folders in"My Documents" will now not open. Word/Excel files seem to be ok. Uninstalled Tuneup then spent an hour with AVG remote tech. Problem not solved. Tech assured me that uninstalling would revert all settings back to default. This is not the case. I am now out of pocket for cost of product and a damaged MS Office.
