AVG PC Tuneup disabled MS Office 365 , wont start backup

It did not work. I had to reformat my computer.

I have enabled it back from the AVG Tuneup dashboard , but it wont work. I uninstalled avg compeltely and tried , it says system has it disabled. 

Can anyone help me fix this ? I cant open any documents now.  Pissed at AVG.

  1. I paid and installed AVG Tune up ,  it recommended I disable programs , I disabled MS Office.
  2. I tried to use Office , it started giving me the error message. 
  3. I enabled it on AVG Tune up ,  it still didnt work.
  4. I restarted the comp. and tried ,  it still didnt work.
  5. I uninstalled AVG and tried ,  it still didnt work.
  6. I tried repairing MS office , it did not let me , same error message saying its disabled by the system.
  7. I tried uninstalling MS office , it did not let me , same error message saying its disabled by the system.
  8. I installed AVG back , checked for MS office being enabled , tried using MS Office , got same error message saying its disabled by the system.
I'm highly dependant on MS office for all my work. Now because I'm a paid AVG customer , I cant use my computer like I used to.

I have retyped all the points of my issue again with additional information ,  are you going to ask me again to repeat myself ?

I'm highly disappointed in AVG and the customer support process which can be seen from the above msg thread is very poor and shows that a customer's msgs are not even read properly before responding with generic obvious suggestions.

I can read instructions , I have already tried doing that and it isnt allowing me to as I have mentioned above. 

Is there a solution or did I pay AVG to mess my work up ?
