I just asked for the trial period for the AVG PC TuneUP for PC.  Would not download.  Said I already had it and had to uninstall it.  I tried various ways to get this installed - I went and cancelled the subscription but want to make sure it is CANCELLED and I will not be charged for something I'm not using.  I have used AVG for years but finding with windows 10 I'm not as confident that my computer is protected.  I am only using the free antiVirus, which is all I have used.  Being I have problems installing I would not feel comfortable going to the next level.  Please confirm that I do not have a subscription with you.  Thank you.

Please follow the below steps to check whether any file of AVG TuneUp is already installed in the computer.
Open Control Panel –> Programs and Features/Programs and check if you are able to locate AVG TuneUp in the list of programs.
If you are unable to locate AVG TuneUp, click the below link to install the program.
