AVG PC TuneUp 'Free up space/System Junk' triggering DISM Cleanup that causing Windows Update Error

Initially, please let us know the version of AVG TuneUp that is installed on your computer (Open AVG TuneUp - Menu - About).
Usually, the Free up Space option scans for leftover files created by the system, programs, or installers (such as temporary, log, and cached files, including browser data) which may be taking up large amounts of disk space on your PC.
However, it is recommended to review the files deteced during the scan, before fixing them. You can check if DISM is listed below windows temp, cache, backup categories, before fixing them.

I've not received any email from AVG after 48hrs passed.

Any ETA or TAT to resolve this & to get a resolution from the ' senior level support' team as you wrote?

I already in my ear;ier message (OP) about the AVG PC Tuneup Version stating that am quoting
"There are total 17 categories in total as of the latest version of AVG PC tuneup, I am posting all the screenshots link here:…"

Here am meeting the version precisely as you asked  21.3.3149.3804

& for the question I asked & reported, I am expecting a precise answer for that matter, i.e. which particular category I should ignore/exclude in order to avoid to DISM Cleanup, out of those 17 listed categories. (screenshot URL shared as no option to upload the screenshots/picture here) 

Take a look at those 17 categories screenshots, If you have any precise answer for my question let me know, otherwise, I will wait for someone to come up with proper & precise answer.
