AVG PC TuneUp Icon Missing On Task Bar

I apologize for the difficulties, we would suggest you to repair your AVG PC Tuneup program  or right click on your AVG PC Tuneup icon and choose "pin to taskbar". I appreciate all the efforts you have gone through , we apologize for the difficulties. Thank you for your clarification, we would suggest you to perform a re-installation of your AVG PC TuneUp program. Click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run your AVG remover tool which clears all the traces of AVG, once the tool is run, your PC will automatically reboots. After the restart, please check if a folder with name AVG Remover is created under C: and remove it. Now, go to this link http://www.avg.com/us-en/download and download your AVG PC Tuneup again.  Once the installation gets completed, restart your device. Let us know if you face any difficulties. I would appreciate it if any member could help with the issue of
AVG PC TuneUp Icon Missing On Task Bar.
I am using the latest version of AVG PC TuneUp and latest WIndows 10 Anniversary Update Version 1607 Build 14393.105. The icon is missing on the Task Bar after initial PC boot up or restart, but appear only when AVG PC TuneUp is started from the AVG PC TuneUp icon on the Desktop. This issue does not exist with older Windows versions.

Please let me re-clarify the issue. The icon is missing in the Taskbar at the right bottom of the screen upon PC startup or restart. I had already repaired the AVG PC TuneUp and also pin it to Taskbar ( this icon appear permanently in the Taskbar at the left bottom of the screen - right clicking this gives  a different response to that when the icon is on the right bottom of the screen upon PC startup or restart). Sorry, I am unable to attach a screenshot on this answer platform. Perhaps you could let me have an email contact if you really need the screenshot.
