AVG PC Tuneup is not recognised even when logged in

I have been running AVG Internet Security for some time now, several years. I bought AVG PC Tuneup yesterday and I see online that both these items are listed as purchased. However, when I follow instructions to have access to AVG PC Tuneup on my laptop, ie make sure I am logged in, it does not recognise it and says that the trial version has expired. I have rebooted my laptop, thinking that just maybe it needed a fresh start but that hasn't helped. Can you tell me how to get access to my purchase? Thanks.
