I have purchased AVG tuneup but when I try to run it, all I get is the spinning arrow when it tries to load the interface. I have removed all AVG products and reinstalled them, done a virus scan, loaded the AVG remover tool, removed AVG again and reinstalled, same problem. I can go to the AVG folder and run the programs separately, which I have done to try and fix this issue, run the repair installation program, all to zero effect. I am now out of ideas to try and get it to work, anyone have any suggestions?
