AVG PC TuneUp problem

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. May I know if you have disabled/put the iTune program in sleep using AVG PC TuneUp? To check this, open AVG PC TuneUp > speedup > disable background program > scroll down > look for sleeping programs > if  iTune is there please awake it or you can open AVG PC TuneUp > Rescue center > undo > look for the disabled application > restore them.
If the issue still persists, then please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further.

I am unable to Launch iTunes on my Laptop due to the following that 'pops up' quickly in the details in the Task Manager: TUAutoReactivator64.exe. This is linked to the AVG PC TuneUp. What do I do to resolve this so to enable iTunes to launch? Advice required and I am NOT that techie!
