AVG PC TuneUp Renewal

Hello, 
I recently renewed my 1 year AVG PC TuneUp subscription.  I am not getting pop-ups indicating my license is expired.  When I click on the AVG PC TuneUp icon my desktop, I also get a message indicating my product key has expired.  It requests I enter a new one.  I do not have this information.  I logged into my AVG online account assuming the information would appear in my subscription and I do not have any information there however, I do show my recent renewal transaction in my order history.  Does anyone know the best way for me to obtain the information?  I already sent a message to tech support but I'm wondering if I actually need to enter a new product key.  When I renewed, I was told by the AVG rep that I wouldn't have to do anything on my end for the renewal at this point, I don't think my PC is being optimized. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

We are sorry that you are encountering expiration message in AVG PC tune up. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. We have sent an email with instructions to activate AVG PC tune up along with your license key. Please check for the email in spam or junk folders, if the email is not present in inbox.
