AVG PC Tuneup Version is 16.13.1.47453, Cleaning definitions version is 1603.
AVG Internet Security Version is 16.31.7357, AVG Framework Version is 1.52.1.51616.
What do you want me to take a ScreenShot of? The only screen that comes up is the AVG PC Tuneup main dashboard screen when I click the shortcut icon or the screen that shows the version number when I click about. And if I do take a screen shot, do I get it to you by replying to your email and attaching the Screenshot file?

Sometimes the Icon for AVG PC Tuneup on the desktop will not work. There does not seem to be a pattern as to when it works or not. Any suggestions how to fix this shortcut so it works all the time?

I do not receive any error messages when the shortcut on the desktop or in the start menu does not load AVG PC Tuneup. Sometimes it loads okay and sometimes it takes a very long time for it to load and sometimes it does not load at all. It seems that if I reboot the computer it will start working again.
On another matter I did get the following error message tonight when I clicked the shortcut for AVG PC Tuneup Startup Manager: Following AVG Process failed: -TUSCANX.EXE. Would you like to send report to AVG? I clicked YES and the Startup Manager opened and has worked okay since the error report.
