We suggest you to disable the programs which you do not frequently use. It is always not recommended to disable all 'startup' programs. Please note that once you choose 'Disable All' for background programs, you will be given the option to choose 'Disable programs only when the program is closed'. You can always go back to the settings and then 'Enable' the program you wish. Thank you.
