Hello Piet, sorry to know that. Have you installed any previous version of AVG PC tune up in your computer before?

I just purchased AVG PC Tuneup and started downloading it. It stopped - however - at 50% Not much later I got the message (in Dutch), that unfortunately PC TuneUp could not install. Failure Code: 0xe001f632
