AVG PC TuneUp Subscription 3pcs 2 years to March 2019

Sent a detailed reply a while ago, plus 3 printscreen attachments but all seem to have disappeared.
Basically I tried to follow your guidance but there were no tabs to select. Same results as before.

I understand the inconvenience.
You can activate to paid version from existing trial version of AVG PC TuneUp.
Open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard, click on "Help–>Activate Product".
Enter your license number/product key purchased.
I have sent the license number to you via email.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

Installed program on new p.c. after deleting it from another. On starting program a message tells me I have 30 days to purchase a subscription. Completed a form to report problem and was told this can be resolved only by two telephone options - not acceptable to me as I am somewhat deaf.
I also used my ID and password to sign in on new pc and was informed that I have no account.
How on earth can I perform this basic action without encountering more obstructions?
