Hi Lars,

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 2019.5.30.

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

Let us know, if you wish to have a refund.

Hi there!

Back in April I signed up for the PC TuneUp trial and provided my card details, because you have to. However, I didn't want the paid subscription, so I made sure I cancelled the subscription right after I signed up for the trial. I did get a confirmation of the cancellation of my subscription, saying it would expire on the 2nd of August. However, somehow, I got an email today that my subscription was automatically extended until the 2nd of June 2020 and an amount of €44,99 got charged from my card. How is this possible? And is there a way to undo this extension?

We have initiated your refund request for AVG TuneUp (Order Ref. No.62351910900 ). This refund will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We have also cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription. Therefore, you wont be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.

We've also sent you an e-mail confirming the same.
