when updating avg pc tuneup I repeatedly get a message 'make sure that a connection to the internet is established' . I have reinstalled avg pc tuneup as per your suggestion & disabled the firewall but problem still exists. not happy

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (gather it right after inducing issue) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.
