Hi Alan,

Thanks for the link but I've been down that route but I'm also experiencing a problem contact AVG support via their website's CHAT option.

Once I've completed the support contact form and then click the CHAT link,I'm redirected to this page :- https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form#

but a chat window does not appear either automatically or when the link ​Click here to open chat in new window is selected.

I've confirmed my Google Chrome browser settings permit AVG popups so am a at a loss as to why this is happening.

This is why I have had to pose my query via the AVG community Q & A forum.

Any ideas???

Hello Stephen. Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. Could you please try contacting AVG support from a different web browser like Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Hi,

Can anybody please advise or help with this AVG PC TuneUp upgrade issue.

I'm attempting to install the latest update for my AVG PC TuneUp application (version 15.0.1001.518) but,as the installation nears completion after step3,an error message popup window is displayed stating :-

Could Not open Key :-

UNKNOWN\Components\303193721622101F419BA849293BE91D0\281C699A42731FD44ACB6651F45ED7EF.

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel


Anybody know why this might be or what the issue is??
