После того как я купил и установил AVG PC TuneUp на свой ПК (ОС Windows, 8.1), эта программа работает только до первой перезагрузки или отключения ПК, после запуска ПК программа AVG не запускается ни с рабочего стола, ни с панели задач. Я переустановил AVG на компьютере, но ничего не изменилось, тогда я попробовал восстановить работу AVG программой своего ПК - начинает работать, но опять только до перезагрузки или отключения ПК, и снова не работает. Пожалуйста, посоветуйте, как можно это исправить?

I have the same problem as Alexander Maltsev. I can't open AVG TuneUP after the first reboot of my PC. There is no error message. The only difference is that I have also AVG Free Antivirus in my PC. Should I remove the AVG TuneUP and reinstall it or there is another solution? What's the reason of these problem?

The issue might be because of the User Interface.
I suggest you to install the User Interface Support files from here https://goo.gl/8P7At1
Once the files are installed, please repair your AVG and check if that fixes the issue.

We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

To Aravind Gnanamurthy. Yesterday I received from you program AVG PC TineUp 2015 set it on my computer (HP Home) and checked it. This program was set before me, but it ended the period of work, and I decided to renew it, because of it's work I was always happy,and now it works well, even after it restart or turn off the computer, as it should be. Thank you very much for your help and for the fact that you have found the right solution to this problem.
