AVG PCTUNEUP installation without internet connection?

Hi Pascal,
I understand this must be upsetting. I will help to fix it.
Please download the AVG PC TuneUp Offline Installer from https://www.avg.com/en-us/download.prd-tuh
Download the correct bit(32/64bit) version from INSTALLATION FILES (PAID VERSION) tab.

Unfortunately, AVG PC TuneUp will not restore your Internet Connection. Please try to connect your PC using a LAN cable and check for Internet Connection.
Once AVG PC TuneUp is installed, please try to revert any changes saved in Rescue Center. Here is an article with the steps to revert the previous changes: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-revert-changes-done-by-PC-TuneUp

Thank you for your answer. I have done what you recommended but it doesn't work correctly. I get the message: Description: Erreur générale(global error): 0x0643; Code d'erreur(error code): 0xC0070643.
I have recorded the installation log but I don't know how to send it to you.

Good afternoon,

my computer has been infected by an adware, the technician who repaired it desinstalled AVG PCTUNEUP and gave me the computer back without internet connection capability. My pctuneup licence is still valid and I have tried to reinstall it by the means of a downloaded file transferred to a USB key. But this procedure does not work, I get the message "connect to the internet to install…"; is there a means to proceed without the internet connection?
Moreover I expect, (hope?), that pctuneup will be able to restore my internet connection.

I appreciate your efforts and patience in trying to fix the issue. I have sent you an email, please follow the email instructions to get in touch with the remote support. They will analyze the issue with AVG and fix it with free of cost.

Hello Pascal,

I understand your concern. Please be informed that the remote session cannot be done using Ubuntu OS. Please connect your computer via wired connection and check if you are able to connect to Internet using windows platform.
