I havent got any feedback on my complain from yesterday.The problem is that even if I have renowed my subscription for a AVG Performance PRO (1-year subscription). The program contenue stateing that there are now only 24 days until the PRO-protection expire.
Once again please solv teh problem ASAP.

Sorry. Once again, I have been following all of your instructions but the system still states that
"Your Protection PRO subscription expires in 24 days."
Under my subscriptions, it is stated that my AVG Performance PRO subscription is valid until : September 9, 2016.
I am sorry to say that life is too short to waste more time on this problem, why I expect that you will assure me that the problem are solved within 24 hours. To me it is obvious that the problem lies at your end.
If not I am forced to claim the money back guaranty.

I did follow the instruction given by You on one of my computers. I got the PRO-protection but at the same time the program states that there are only 25 days until the PRO-protection expire. As stated in your order confirmation I have extended my subscription of AVG Performance PRO for a period of 1-year.
Please solve the problem ASAP. The problem have to be solved before I will use the system on my other computers, smartphones and tablets. Otherwise I need to claim the money back guaranty.
As a matter of facts I have been a satisfied used of Tune Up Utilities for quite a period of time why I didn’t expect the kind of problems I am facing for the moment.
