I purchased AVG Ultimate in March 2015, and it is supposed to include Performance Pro. However, all I get is a quick performance check and a prompt to purchase Avg Performance Pro. If I click through the prompt toward purchase ( no, I'm not paying $35.99 for something I already bought) I am told that I already own Performance Pro. I have tried to enter my subscription key in the prompt window but it is not accepted. How do I get to use what I paid for?
