I understand this must be upsetting. I would love to help you with this. I can see that you are having paid AVG Tuneup unlimited. Since you are still getting the pop ups to buy more products, it might be because the AVG program is not activated yet. Please make sure that AVG PC TuneUp is not showing trial or expired. Please share the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of AVG PC Tuneup dashboard to check and assist further.

Thank you for providing screenshot. I see that you have installed AVG TuneUp unlimited 2016 version. Hence I request you to uninstall it as mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 ). Then reinstall AVG TuneUp unlimited 2017 version as mentioned in this article ( http://avgread.me/1If7pzz ) and check if it works.

I bought the software in September 2016 and I can see it on my account (valid until 21.09.2017).
But it is always indicated that I only have the test version (AVG PC TuneUp Free-Version)
and I always get the link to buy the full version…
What's wrong ?
