Hi Last weekend my AVG Performance PRO had a update it then asked me to restart my pc so I did once the computer had loaded back up onto the lock screen my pc keyboard and mouse would not work my keyboard and mouse combo is a

Logitech MX5500 Keyboard with a Logitech MX revolution mouse both of these are controlled by a Bluetooth usb receiver

The only way to get my devices to work again was to completely power off the pc and back on again as my devices wouldn’t even pair again on the lock screen of windows and I know this problem came from the software update because every think was fine before then with my pc

So this week because my computer had a few little problems just after the update last weekend I did a clean install of windows 10 pro this week

Last night every think was fine until I went to install AVG Performance Pro
once I had installed the AVG software back and AVG ZEN finished installing every think so the circle got to 100%

I then went into devices in AVG ZEN to remove one of my pc's and then I restarted the pc like I normally do without opening AVG PC Tune-Up

once the computer had rebooted I had the same problem again where the pc mouse and keyboard would not work so again I tried to pair them on the windows lock screen so then I could try and log into windows and nothink would work so I had to press the power button on my pc again so it would shut down and then once I turned my pc back on every think was back to normal then I went into AVG PC Tune-Up to then tune-up my pc to make it faster

Now this is the 1st time this as ever happened to me so it’s got to be something to do within the new update of AVG Performance Pro and I have been using this software for some time now

From Neil
