Like many others whose posts I've read here, I am now at my wit's end! I uninstalled AVG Performance Pro because I was getting a spontaneous closure of both the "dashboard" and "1-click maintenance" followed by an error message, "integrator.exe failed - report to AVG?". I was planning on then reinstalling AVG Performance Pro via my AVG account. However, when I do so and then try to activate the product via signing in to my AVG account, AVG Zen notifies me that my subscription to Perormance Pro has expired and I'm now only entitled to the free version of 1 click maintenance. This is bllsht! My order number is 36-3501321 and it was placed on August 24, 2014. My renewal subscription date is not until September of 2015! So, I should have plenty of time left on my current subscription to AVG Performance Pro! I used your technical chat service in an effort to solve this problem and the technical advisor was not successful in correcting it! I am totally fed up with AVG's support AND software at this point in time, and if I do not receive information about how to reinstall my Performance Pro product in a timely manner, AND correct the "integrator.exe failed" error, I plan to immediately discontinue my subscription. By the way, when this product was just "PC Tools", BEFORE AVG acquired it, I never had any problems.
