Are you referring to Data safe feature in AVG Internet Security? Because photo vault feature wasn't existed with AVG Internet Security, it was the feature present on mobile version of AVG Internet Security.

If you were referring to Data safe feature, then this feature is no longer available with the latest version of AVG Internet Security as it was replaced by sensitive data shield feature.

I downloaded and paid for the latest version of AVG onto my device that supports Windows 10 as I did last year. Last year I noticed I had a photo vault which was a feature I like but I noticed its not there anymore. Is it still a feature or was it taken out? Thanks for the help
