AVG poor resolution of Company issue such as charging for multiple services,

AVG poor resolution of Company issues,
such as

  • charging for multiple services, 
  • When setting up security software on another unit (Mac phone) which is covered by a paid service I am being requested to setup another account.
  • Failure to have an email contact or 
  • In my case the agent for my country does not have a phone number. etc
  • The software is good and appears to be the job however the management of the customer contact in NON technical issues is poor.
