My comp came with McAfee built in and I decided to buy it as it was already installed. Recently I got rid of them because their own popups asking me to upgrade my service had gotten out of control and was pissing me off!
Called AVG, whom I've used before, and MADE SURE I would not have that problem with their service and GUESS WHAT? They are as bad if not worse.
I have the Ultimate coverage package and want to take a hammer to my PC.
Is there anyone out there in the universe who can tell me how to make it stop???

We realize this must be upsetting.
There is an option to disable AVG campaign popups in the paid version of AVG Antivirus/Internet Security.
You have the license for AVG Internet Security (3 computers) and we couldn't find the subscription for AVG Ultimate on your *******@flourishhospitality.com account.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>General–>Privacy".
You should be seeing a check box with a tick mark saying "Show offers for other AVG products".
If you click on the box, the tick will disappear and then click on OK.
You should not be getting campaigns for other AVG products anymore.
If you still get the popup, provide its screenshot here to get further assistance.

From the screenshot, we realize that you have contacted our AVG Total Care premium support and they have provided Ultimate subscription for it.
Since it is our premium support, they operate separately and we will not be able to view the subscriptions provided by them.
Hence, request you to contact them using the phone number available in this https://www.avg.com/avg-go-tech-support website.
If you would like to use Ultimate, contact them and get it activated.
If not, you can submit refund for the service that you paid and contact us here to get assistance in getting Internet Security license activated.
I'm not sure why my products do not show the Ultimate service as I paid for it on 10/20 as shown below in a shot from my banking info:
