AVG Pop ups- How do I stop them?

I'm being driven insane by the AVG blood pop ups that insist on forcing their way onto my screen at the most inconvenient and random times.

Usually when I'm leading church singing and I have to stop to delete the screen-wide message telling me that my fingerprint has been successfully randomised for which I couldn't give a flying F***.

HOW DO I TURN THESE OFF FOREVER PLEASE?
