AVG popups wake my computer from sleep

Please open AVG AntiVirus free installed on your computer->Menu->Settings->General->Pop-ups->Uncheck all the pop-up and change the value to Zero.

When I put my computer asleep, I come back to it a couple of hours later and find that AVG's popup has awakened the computer.  

How can I make this stop?

I have only the FREE basic protection, there is no "AVG Internet Security" selection available. How can I find that?
