Avg possibly blocking internet connection

Could you please let us know what all devices are blocked from accessing Wi-Fi? Is it only the laptop or computer? or you are facing this issue on mobile and tablet?

After installing Avg my usual internet connection stopped working. It is still operational my Ipad functions on it at my laptops side. The only connection I can get is wifi from my phone (iphone 14 pro plus) personal hotspot.
Do I get my money back or can you resolve this?
