AVG Practices extremly suspect and poor.  Need to CANCEL AVG account altogether…  Will never even think about useing again, primarily due to their practices.  I NEVER signed up for auto billing.  Need to cancel and get TWO YEARS of refunds  Additinoally, it is CLEAR that this is their intention, by the difficulty at which they make this.  You should be able to do this DIRECTLY in your account.  Furthurmore, I NEVEr signed up for auto billing, and they know this.

Please:
1  Refund two years of billing
2.  Cancel and remove my account
3.  Never contact me again after verifiying all these have been done
