If you have installed our AVG free antivirus program you will receive our legitimate business campaign popup with Upgrade option in it.
When you click on it you will get the trial version of advanced program installed and after the 30 days it will get expired.
The main aim of this to create the awareness of our latest programs to our customers and if they like the advance version they can purchase the license for it and start using it.
If they aren't interested they can downgrade to free version again.
Please be informed that these campaign popups couldn't be stopped.
I personally use the free version of AVG and CONSISTENTLY get the same pop up add from AVG that wants me to update to premium AVG. It tabbs me out of anything I am doing and comes to front. I would like to avoid uninstalling AVG as it is a good free software but its came across my mind many a time. If there is a way to fix this horrible pop up add please tell me.
