I purchased AVG Security on 29th June 2020l Order No. (removed) for 440.30 SA Rands.
My previous AVG Security expired in July and I am continually getting reminders that I have no security. When I go on to the AVG security and put fin my Licence No. which was sent to me when I purchased this Security in June, I am told it is invalid. the Licence No. is (removed)
Why is this ?jand do I have the security for which I paid
Please give me advice in this revard.
