Hello,
I'm trying to install MikTex - A perfectly legitimate program that never gave me any grief - on my laptop. AVG recognizes the installation file as threat, puts it in quarantine and refuses to let me restore or run it.
I've tried turning on the relevant option ("let me decide" in CyberCapture) and even disabling CyberCapture completely, to no avail.
I've submitted a whitelisting request. Since both relevant files (setup-2.9.6233-x64.exe and basic-miktex-2.9.6236-x64.exe from this link (https://miktex.org/download)) are larger than 5MB, I've only submitted the URL, I hope this is enough.
Thanks
I've uploaded the exe file and requested screenshots via AVG SysInfo tool and sent the name of the zip file to support.
