AVG preventing saving of picture to Pictures folder / locked

I understand this must be annoying. Don’t worry I'll help you with your issue.
I suggest you to Disable Ransomware Protection and check if that resolves the issue.
To disable Ransomware Protection, please open your AVG Internet Security and follow the below steps:
1. Click on Hackers Protection
2. Open Ransomware Protection
3. Click on "ON" to disable the Ransomware Protection.

Now check if you are facing the same issue.

How do you stop AVG from saying that the editing/saving of a picture to your Pictures folder is AVG saving you from ransomware?  It's a royal PITA to disable AVG just to work with your own pictures folder!  SAme with having to save elsewhere, then drag from other folders to where you want to save them.
