I'm running AVG Free on Windows 7. As of this evening, AVG is preventing Thunderbird from connecting to the server. If I turn off Email Shield, it works fine. I am assuming a setting in AVG has been changed somehow, perhaps through an "upgrade". Can anyone suggest a fix, please?
That seems to have worked. I shall keep an eye on it. Thank you!
Thank you for updating the status.
