AVG PREVENTS me from contacting them directly

I've paid these people money for many years but they have now made it impossible to contact them about issues regarding their own products.

The damned so-called web "master" has made it impossible to send an issue to the "Support" group. The web page is a total, inefficient mess and does not work! How that person ever got hired baffles me. It's a simple web page, but it doesn't work! Therefore, getting support is impossible!

If I were to call by telephone, I'm sure that I'd NEVER get a person who had any expertise nor authority to analyze and rectify the problems I'm having with AVG.

THIS IS NOT SUPPORT by any definition of the word!!

Can any one of you other members help me to resolve these issues?
