Sang,
We know it is disappointing to face the same issue over and over but please be assured that we shall do our best to resolve the issue.
You can try to disable http://avgclick.me/TempDisableAVG AVG, add the file to the exception list http://avgclick.me/AddException and then restore it from Virus Vault.
Now, please enable your AVG program and check if the issue persists. We are here if you need further assistance.
So today i got an update from Windows 10 after the update AVG popped up and told me that "C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\PrintConfig.dll" was a threat. I didn't think carefully about it and clicked on the option AVG suggested "Remove the threat" but after that i began to think about what it could be and i searched it up on Google. People said it was a false positive and they have had issues with their computer/laptop later on because of the removal of PrintConfig.dll and I didn't know what to do. I went in AVG Virus vault and tried to restore it. It didn't give me the restore option but instead restore as. I tried to use restore as and put it in a folder but everytime i did that it kept coming back in Virus vault. So far the threat hasn't been removed or anything it's still in Virus Vault and software analyzer discovery in history. Im too scared to do anything at the moment.
I got so sick and tired of AVG that i uninstalled it and deleted every single file/folder from my PC and installed it again. Seems like C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64\3\PrintConfig.dll is gone from Virus Vault and Software analyzer discovery in history. I hope that AVG fix this problem so that people doesn't remove important files from Windows in the future. Anyways thanks for your answer and it did help.
