You have active subscriptions of AVG Protection Unlimited for Xperia devices and AVG Cleaner for unlimited Android devices (all brands) valid till November 23, 2019.
The orders purchased in Play Store will not be appear under AVG My Account. Please follow the below steps to view your subscription in play store:
1.Open Google Play on your device.
2.Tap the Menu icon at the top left, then select Account from the list on the next page.
3.Tap Subscriptions to open a list of your current subscriptions.
Open your AVG Cleaner app and click on "Upgrade" prompt and click on three dots at the top right of the page. You will have "Restore Purchase" option. Click on it and check if the app is getting converted as Pro version.

My subscription were automatically renewed on 25.11.201 for AVG Pro and AVG Cleaner but on logging into support and my account it reports that I have no products, I want to be able use this software on other products but it will not allow me, AVG is only installed on my phone and AVG cleaner even though purchased, states that it is only a free product and will not upgrade!! I seem to only have access to AVG app but that also states that by AVG cleaner is a free product. I have sent emails to no avail as I have heard nothing back…
