I had done all this in exactly the way stated above prior to contacting you. I have now uninstalled and re installed in exactly the above manner for about the 6th time. Exactly the same issue is still present. Under Options on the protection main screen, I do not have any options to activate or re activate the product as previoulsly described.
Having re instlalled the above software, when I click on the performance tab it tellsme my product has expired. I assume I need to re input the licence no. However, there are no tabs undr options,settings, or anywhere else that satate re activation or activation or allow me to input the licence no. I have re installed the entire package several times and undergone the repair option. Can anyone assist please?
I note your reply above. I have not received any e mail detailing steps to contact your technical team, only one with the above response which gives no such information. Please respond with the correct steps, contact details etc, as this situation is now taking far too long to be dealt with.
